Little Heroes Home in Dracut, MA, is seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor to support latency-aged clients in a group home setting. You will help maintain a safe, structured overnight environment and model positive coping strategies for youth.

The role involves staying alert through night shifts, assisting with daily routines, and collaborating with a clinical team to support clients’ growth and wellbeing. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of youth.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting clients and role-modeling coping strategies.
• Help clients discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills.
