Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake during overnight shift to ensure safety of youth.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, therapeutic overnight environment for youth.
• Support clients in developing life skills such as cooking, banking and vocational skills.
• Model effective coping strategies and de-escalate as needed.
