Job summary

Vinfen in Massachusetts seeks an ACcS GLE/SIE AON Counselor - PRD 2 to provide direct service in a residential setting. You will support Persons Served, implement treatment plan interventions, and administer medications in accordance with MAP policies.

You will work with the LPHA team, participate in trainings, and help ensure a safe, respectful living environment while promoting recovery and independence for PS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree in a human service discipline is preferred.
• Experience in human services setting is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants and lived experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service in a GLE/SIE residence and support PS in living independently.
• Administer PS medications following MAP policies and procedures.
• Implement PS Treatment Plan interventions as directed by Team LPHA Clinician.
• Assist with safety, maintenance, and compliance with licensing standards.
• Foster recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered care approaches.
• Complete documentation and participate in supervision and trainings.
