Vinfen is seeking a direct service worker to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residential setting. You will implement treatment plan interventions, administer medications per MAP, and provide crisis interventions when needed.

The role requires physical activity, documentation, and participation in trainings. Join Vinfen, a nonprofit provider serving individuals with mental health conditions and developmental disabilities across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience in human services preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist Persons Served (PS) in residence and support them to live independently.
• Administer PS medications as per MAP policies and procedures.
• Provide crisis interventions when needed.
• Complete required documentation and participate in trainings and supervision.
• Perform site maintenance and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support PS with daily living tasks and meals and encourage social interaction.
