Job summary

Vinfen seeks a Direct Service position in a GLE/SIE residential setting in Massachusetts. You will support Persons Served to overcome barriers to independence, implement treatment plan interventions, and administer PS medications following MAP policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in human services preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged.
• Prior experience in a human services setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service in a residential setting and assist PS with daily living.
• Implement PS Treatment Plan interventions as directed by LPHA Clinician.
• Perform day-to-day tasks as assigned by Program Director.
• Use recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction approaches.
• Adhere to safety, licensing, and MAP policies and procedures.
• Conduct medication management and documentation per MAP requirements.
• Foster social interaction and collaborate with PS, family and neighbors.
• Complete required documentation and participate in trainings and supervision.
