Job summary

PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Residential Coordinator for the overnight swing shift to ensure safety and meet the basic needs of guests in interim housing. The role emphasizes adherence to housing guidelines and supportive services to maintain a stable environment.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with driving required and shift options Thursday–Monday or Sunday–Thursday from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Qualifications

• All levels of experience and education welcome.
• Employment eligibility verification required.
• CPR/First Aid training required or able to obtain.
• TB Test, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• Driving is an essential function; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• PATH does not sponsor or convert visas; eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the case managers and program participants to support guest goals as established in individualized service plans.
• Monitor and maintain the interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable and inclusive environment.
• This may include keeping program participant space organized and clean, providing hygiene needs, etc.
• Work in collaboration with the case management and operations team to ensure that the facility is clean and safe for all.
