Job summary

PATH is seeking a Residential Coordinator for Fontaine Inn in San Jose, CA to ensure safety and address basic needs of guests staying in interim housing. The role supports case managers, assists with meals, phones, and facility tasks while upholding housing guidelines.

You will contribute to a respectful, inclusive environment and coordinate with the Interim Housing Services team to deliver services and support for participants, following PATH's mission and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete progress notes on every face-to-face/telephone contact by end of shift.
• Provide facility tours to guests and new program participants.
• Support case managers and participants to achieve goals in service plans.
• Maintain clean, hospitable interim housing spaces and provide basic needs.
• Collaborate with case management and operations to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Provide crisis intervention and apply evidence-based practices and Harm Reduction.
• Leverage lived experience to build rapport and engagement.
• Offer information, referrals, and advocacy for identified needs.
• Connect participants to community resources and services.
• Uphold interim housing values, guidelines and rules.
• Monitor phone lines and respond to inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to all participants.
