Job summary

Valley Behavioral Health seeks a Client Care Technician to support residents in a residential program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and recovery, providing hands-on guidance, supervision, and documentation during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include engaging clients in activities, teaching daily living skills, medication support, and coordinating with service teams.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required (post hire as needed).
• Overnight shift experience preferred.
• Previous behavioral health or social services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in activities to support treatment and recovery goals.
• Provide individualized support to address challenges and promote growth.
• Model independent living skills such as hygiene, budgeting, and time management.
• Observe client behavior and communicate observations to the treatment team.
• Distribute medications and follow documentation procedures.
