Responsibilities

• Deliver direct crisis intervention using Safe Crisis Management (SCM).
• Ensure compliance with all Critical Incident Report requirements, including documentation, staff debriefings, and follow-up coordination.
• Assist in evening and off-campus programming, ensuring proper staffing ratios across all units.
• Participate in physical crisis interventions, including restraints, when necessary.
• Maintain consistent presence within the residential units to ensure safety and support.

KidsPeace New England is seeking a full-time Residential Childcare Supervisor at our Graham Lake Campus in Ellsworth, Maine. This role provides leadership, crisis management, and direct support to our Residential Childcare Specialists and youth in a therapeutic setting.

Position Overview

The Residential Childcare Supervisor ensures the safety and well-being of clients and staff by providing on-the-ground support, supervision, and crisis intervention. Schedule

This position is 9:00PM - 7:00Am four nights a week. There is some flexibility on what week nights.
