Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Remittance Processing Associate to support timely payments in our Bolingbrook lockbox operation. You will prep payments, manage equipment, research adjustments, and handle exceptions on-site overnight.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior lockbox experience. You will work Friday night through Monday night, with Tuesdays through Thursdays off, at our Bolingbrook location.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Prior or current lockbox experience required.
• Knowledge of remittance and item processing procedures.
• Ability to identify errors in calculations and balances.
• Ability to organize, assemble, and sequence work efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with computer processing systems and related equipment.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work the required overnight, on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer payments for processing.
• Coordinate setup and maintenance activities for remittance processing equipment.
• Research and process adjustments.
• Process exception items.
• Maintain inventory of remittance processing supplies.
• Prepare outgoing collection notices for clients.
• Verify and distribute processing output.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
