Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC in Canton, MA is seeking an entry‑level Remittance Processing Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments in our lockbox operation. You will prepare payments for processing, handle exception items, and research adjustments in a fast-paced, on-site role.

This overnight schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 7am–3:30pm) requires prior lockbox experience or familiarity with remittance processing, plus the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior or current lockbox experience.
• Knowledge of remittance and item processing procedures.
• Ability to identify errors in calculations and balances.
• Ability to organize, assemble, and sequence work efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work the required overnight, on-site schedule.

Job Description

As a Remittance Processing Associate, you’ll support the accurate and timely processing of customer payments in our lockbox operation. You’ll prepare payments for processing, handle exception items, research adjustments, and help maintain remittance processing equipment and supplies. This is an on-site, overnight position in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and prior or current lockbox experience is required.

Location: 10 Dan Road Canton, MA 02021
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 7am-3:30pm. Off Friday and Saturday
Work arrangement: On-site
