Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Belcamp, MD is hiring a Regional CDL A Delivery Driver to deliver food products to regional chain restaurants and build lasting customer relationships.

You will work 4-5 nights with some overnights, be home most nights, unload up to 350 lbs with ramp and two-wheeler, and start between 9:00pm and 11:00pm.

This role offers weekly pay, benefits starting day one, and opportunities for growth. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License at hire.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record per DOT standards.
• Registered through the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with electronic consent.

Responsibilities

Location: 1208 Belmar Dr Belcamp, MD 21017

Do you have a passion for driving and customer service? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to regional chain restaurants.

Night shifts and regional routes mean you’ll be home most nights, with 1 or 2 overnights required each week. You’ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you’ll be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Pay

Guaranteed a minimum of $1200 a week

Schedule

4-5 night work week with overnights Sunday-Friday. Nights will vary. Start times are between 9:00pm-11:00pm. One and two night routes Overnights are spent in a hotel paid for by GFS

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL License at hire

• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020
