Victory Programs Incorporated in Jamaica Plain (Boston) is seeking an Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist for a part-time on-site role, 16 hours (Friday and Saturday, 11pm–7am). The position supports residential treatment for women with co-occurring disorders, with supervision by the Program Director and medication management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a professional team.
• Ability to engage with clients in an instructive, directive, and compassionate manner.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and backgrounds.
• Three work-related references; at least 2 from a manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional ethics, boundaries and client confidentiality.
• Provide quality, empathetic customer service to clients.
• Assist and monitor clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Document medication counts and administration in records.
• Maintain therapeutic milieu and conduct rounds; answer phones and front door.
