Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• QC/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine quality checks and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Identify defects or non-conforming materials and report findings to supervisors.
• Work closely with production staff to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
• Follow all company quality procedures, safety policies, and GMP standards.
• Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
