Pac Worldwide Corporation is seeking a motivated Quality Control Technician for a 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday - Thursday) with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The role focuses on regular quality checks, line inspections, and finished product audits to uphold high manufacturing standards.

No specific prior experience required; training provided. Strong attention to detail, ability to read measurements, and data entry skills are essential. Overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; training provided.
• Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable with data entry on tablets and office apps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regular Quality Checks: perform at least two checks per production machine per shift.
• Lead Production Line Inspections: assist with first-off inspections at shift start.
• Finished Product Audits: audit finished products each shift to ensure quality.
• Non-Conformance Tracking: document nonconforming materials and assist quarantine processes.
• Data Entry: enter quality data into systems and track quality.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with production and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Flexible Work Schedule: overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
