Job summary

Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a dedicated Property Support Personnel for overnight coverage. You will assist Front Desk, handle guest requests, and help with maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security to keep the property guest-ready.

This role requires flexible overnight hours, strong attention to cleanliness and safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills required.
• Second language is desirable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, management, and fellow associates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Desk operations and provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
• Deliver linens, amenities, and other necessary supplies to guest rooms as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas and housekeeping closets.
• Monitor hotel grounds, parking lot, entrances, and exterior areas during the shift.
• Operate laundry equipment and assist with washing, drying, folding, and organizing hotel linens.
• Perform basic hotel maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Complete minor repairs including painting, touch-up work, and basic handyman duties.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
