Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the program and ensure effective service delivery to individuals served.

You will provide supervision and coaching to direct support and program staff, coordinate scheduling and budgeting, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Experience with adults with disabilities and supervisory background are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required.
• Supervisory experience, required.
• Alternative education/experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and supervision sessions.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor procedures for health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with transportation and community resources to meet service goals.
