Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline preferred.
• Four years of experience in mental health and/or substance use populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program operations.
• Directly supervise program staff and conduct supervision meetings.
• Monitor safety/health code compliance and address high risk situations.
• Work with residents to follow psychiatric/medical plans and integrate services.
• Maintain case records and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor progress notes for regulatory and billing requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of records and licenses.
• Maintain quality assurance and respond to incidents and grievances.
• Prepare written correspondence and notices on resident issues.
• Maintain relationships with providers and referral sources.
