This full-time position generally works Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM. The expected salary ranges from $67,000 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health discipline preferred.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Four years of experience working with the mental health and/or substance use population required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program operations.
• Directly supervise program staff and conduct training as needed.
• Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Work with residents on psychiatric and medical plans.
• Conduct internal audits of case records and documentation.
