Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge and experience with warehouse and supply chain functions.
• Ability to excel in a deadline-oriented environment and organize multiple assignments.
• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within interpretive guidelines and take initiative.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and G-Suite.
• Ability to identify and manage conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment by enforcing procedures and regulations.
• Monitor production schedules and optimize finished-goods space utilization and order fulfillment.
• Ensure FIFO compliance for raw materials and shipments of finished goods.
• Supervise unloading/loading of raw and finished goods and communicate with suppliers, plant personnel, and customers.
• Promote urgency for overdue orders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customer service, production, sales, quality, and accounting.
