Malarkey Roofing Products in Franklin, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor (Days) to lead our manufacturing team, ensure safety, and coordinate activities across the plant to meet quality standards and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (bachelor preferred) with at least three years of supervision, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment; salary range $80k-$100k plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least three years of supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in deadline-driven environments and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures and regulations for the production department.
• Maintains production schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and quality standards.
• Supervises, plans, assigns work, and adjusts schedules to meet production requirements.
• Maintains production records and ensures timely documentation by staff.
• Leads pre-shift meetings and communicates safety and performance goals.
