Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Production Supervisor (Days) for our Franklin, IN plant to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role collaborates with multiple departments to keep production on schedule and deliver durable roofing products.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage production-related activities ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities across the plant to meet specs.
• Maintain production records and reports; train and coach staff.
• Ensure timely completion of production schedules and continuous improvement efforts.
