Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Logistics Supervisor - Nights to lead a dynamic warehouse team and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment for our Franklin, IN facility. You will manage daily shipping, inventory, and cross-department coordination while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of supervisory and supply chain, logistics, or transportation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for the warehouse department.
• Reviews production schedule and monitors space utilization and order fulfillment.
• Ensures FIFO methodology for raw materials and finished goods.
• Supervises unloading/loading of raw and finished goods and communicates with suppliers, plant personnel, and customers.
• Plans and assigns work, adjusts schedules to meet production requirements, and inspects materials for conformance with standards.
• Hires, evaluates, trains warehouse staff, administers discipline and performance feedback.
