Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or preferred, Engineering or technical emphasis desired.
• Experience in scheduling products and personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to forecast monthly material and labor costs.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to understand P & L Statements and production cost models.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workflow to meet customer orders and train personnel.
• Finalize a schedule with the scheduling department to assure a high fill rate and plan raw materials/equipment.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and explain variances.
• Travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
• Lead production scheduling and material flow to maximize machine efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate maintenance, quality, and engineering for process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement and capital project initiatives.
• Ensure safety performance and OSHA compliance across the plant.
