Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to lead the shift, coordinate resources, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and align with plant management.

You will manage staff and processes, drive continuous improvement, and work with maintenance, quality, and supply to meet production targets. Strong organizational, mechanical aptitude, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership capacity.
• Experience managing a shift environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Quality Management Systems experience encouraged.
• Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leads and assistants.
• Enforce SOC’s.
• Assist staffing and production operator functions.
• Meet or exceed production objectives and align staff with goals.
• Oversee safety, production, maintenance, quality, and scheduling.
• Monitor efficiencies, quality, and costs; prepare reports.
• Ensure staffing and materials meet forecasted production.
• Maintain 5S and good manufacturing practices.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives; participate in improvement programs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, sales, production, and suppliers.
• Support product development efforts.
• Foster cross-plant knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot lines and participate in capital projects.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as requested.
