Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to coach, develop and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production associates on assigned shift.
• Ensure daily safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and reduce downtime.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and employee development activities.
• Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
