Job summary

Christian Living Communities in Denver, CO is seeking a Part-time Personal Care Partner II QMAP for Monday and Friday 6P-6:30A. You will assist with daily personal care, support residents with ADLs, and supervise medications under a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Medication certification as required by state regulations.
• QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation credentials preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• 1 year elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs and ADLs.
• Oversee and administer medications per MAR under supervision.
• Report changes in residents’ status to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with families as appropriate.
