Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a Personal Care Partner II QMAP for days, part-time, Mondays and Saturdays. The role involves assisting residents with personal care, medications under supervision, and engaging with families and staff.

State-required certifications are essential with prior elder care experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required or preferred as per state rules.
• QMAP-A/L certification or equivalent (Med Tech/Med Aide, Nurse Delegation) is expected.
• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in elder care is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and ADLs.
• Supervise medications under nurse supervision and document administration.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents and report changes promptly.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in quality of care activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
