Qualifications

• Registered nursing (RN, LPN) license required in New Hampshire.
• Experience in long term care and knowledge of elderly and rehabilitative nursing preferred.
• Maintaining CEUs annually and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with team to update and formulate care plans.
• Assess and document changes in residents' health status.
• Supervise direct caregivers and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Administer medications and maintain documentation.
