Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LPN license in good standing or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans.
• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing assistants and other care staff as appropriate.
• Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, safety, and independence are maintained.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.
