Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate as required by contract/regulation.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates and revises the plan of care as patient needs change.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors changes in patient condition and reports to physicians.
• Documents care and coordinates patient education.
