Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 in-home pediatric care, overnight in Naperville, IL. The role emphasizes nursing process, assessment, and delivering patient-centered care.

The position offers hourly pay between $35 and $45, with eligibility for benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan. Schedule options include Friday day shift or Sunday–Thursday night shift.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray verifications.
• Current BLS card required.
• One year RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and informs nursing diagnoses.
• Other RN or LPN duties as assigned.
