Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care overnight in Naperville. Salary ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for weekly pay.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and documentation, on a home-based schedule that may include overnight hours. Requirements include an active RN license in the state, current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS, and at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state where the practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
