Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Associate in Pottstown, PA to handle material control, shipping, and receiving on the 3rd shift.

This onsite contract-to-hire role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse, ability to lift 50 lbs, forklift/pallet jack experience, and familiarity with automated inventory systems. You will work with production teams, maintain inventories, and train new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred; training available.
• Some experience with automated inventory control and scanning systems desired.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving and inventory control tasks.
• Ensure production line is supplied with materials and batching supplies.
• Comply with Hazardous Waste and DOT shipping requirements.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained.
• Conduct cycle counts and put-away materials.
• Label materials using scanning equipment linked to ERP (DSI/JDE One World).
• Assist in training new hires.
