Job summary

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a Full-Time 11p to 7a LNA to provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment where our residents are at the heart of what we do. This position is 32 hours a week and includes a $3000 sign-on bonus.

Benefits include medical/dental, 403(b) with company match, time off and more. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, and adherence to care plans while following infection control and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license required.
• Experience working with senior citizens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists residents with ADLs to promote health and independence.
• Assists with mobility and nursing care per the care plan and uses lifting devices as needed.
• Develops professional relationships with residents, families, and staff to support care.
• Assists with assessments and procedures per policy and state guidelines.
• Follows infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
• Supports nutritional and hydration needs and monitors changes in residents.
• Documents care provided on care plans and flow sheets.
