Parking Management Company in Kansas City is seeking an Overnight Lot Auditor to monitor and audit the hotel self-parking operation overnight. You will handle vehicle counts, ticketing, safety checks, and guest interactions while keeping the lot orderly and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service attitude is mandatory.
• Customer service experience preferred for guest interactions.
• Ability to work overnight and outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Audit parking lot operations, tally vehicles and reconcile records.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure accurate ticket matching.
• Complete shift reports and maintain detailed logs of activities.
• Perform security checks and report irregularities to management.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety, including equipment and signage.
