Job summary

Parking Management Company is hiring a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and help maintain a clean, secure premises.

This non-exempt, hourly position may require shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required, with customer service experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; positive, helpful attitude essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean motor vehicle record; no more than three moving violations in past three years.
• Background check completed and maintained throughout employment.
• No special certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records.
• Security & Compliance: Check lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles parked securely.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend training, adapt to scheduling needs.
