SP+ is seeking an Overnight Shift Cashier in the US-VA-DULLES area. You will process parking payments, issue receipts, and guide customers through the facility while maintaining a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include balancing the cash bank at shift start, handling validations, and assisting customers with directions and inquiries. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Less than high school or up to one month related experience or training.
• Availability: 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous, respectful manner.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately for parking services.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and orderly appearance.
• Count and verify revenue at shift start; record transactions.
• Provide directions and assist customers to parking locations.
• Resolve complaints quickly and escalate to supervisor when needed.
