Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality while accurately handling revenue and parking reports. You will assist guests, park vehicles (including stacking), and ensure security of keys and guest information.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, ability to drive a manual transmission, and proficiency with register/POS systems. Open availability with AM/PM shifts is expected. Benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports.
• Provide friendly hospitality to guests throughout their stay.
• Properly park and retrieve guest vehicles when stacking is necessary.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines.
