Towne Park is seeking a Lot Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with directions, and manage vehicle stacking and retrieval while upholding Towne Park’s hospitality standards. You will collect and reconcile revenue, maintain accurate records, and support site policies under the supervision of the management team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, pass background checks, and can read/write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Register/Computer experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide directions and information about the area to guests.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles, securing keys and handling vehicles safely.
• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and tickets; complete shift reports.
• Maintain parking policies and procedures as directed by site management.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.
