The Lot Attendant at Towne Park is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while delivering excellent hospitality to guests throughout their stay. This role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles as needed, following Towne Park standards and site policies.

Shift options include overnight 10p-6a and PM 6a-2p. Benefits are available for eligible employees, including various insurance plans and a 401k retirement savings plan.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED accepted.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service.

Mansioni

• Accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports.
• Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests.
• Properly parking and retrieving guest vehicles when stacking is necessary.
• Uphold site parking policies and procedures.
