Kedrion Biopharma Inc. seeks an Operations Superintendent to lead overnight production operations in Melville, NY. You will guide Shift Supervisors and frontline teams to achieve safety, quality and output goals in a highly regulated setting.

The role emphasizes problem solving, cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS, and a track record of improving operational performance. Overnight schedule is 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations leadership, team supervision, production management, logistics, or related environments.
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts or work groups.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• OSHA 10 and First Aid certifications preferred.

• Oversee overnight operations across multiple work areas to meet safety, quality, service, and production goals.
• Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans across shifts.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Shift Supervisors and frontline teams.
• Monitor metrics, staffing, schedules, and workflow to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate performance and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
