Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking an Operations Superintendent to lead overnight production operations in a highly regulated environment. You will drive daily execution, support frontline supervisors, and remove barriers to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

The role welcomes experienced leaders from manufacturing, logistics, or fast-paced operations who excel at solving problems, guiding people, and improving performance. Overnight shift is 6:00 PM–4:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations leadership experience across manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight operations and supervise Shift Supervisors and frontline teams.
• Translate priorities into execution plans and ensure consistent performance across shifts.
• Monitor metrics, staffing, schedules, and workflow to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and EHS.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and document issues for leadership.
