Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is looking for an Operations Superintendent to lead overnight operations in a highly regulated production environment. You will drive daily execution, support frontline supervisors, remove barriers, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in operations leadership and the ability to coordinate across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Employment eligibility and a visa sponsorship note apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biology, Chemistry, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of operations leadership or production management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operational activities across multiple work areas to meet production, safety, quality, service, and compliance objectives.
• Translate priorities into execution plans and ensure consistency across shifts.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Shift Supervisors and frontline teams.
• Promote strong communication and continuity between shifts to maintain effectiveness.
• Monitor metrics, staffing, schedules, and workflows to identify improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for operational, safety, quality, staffing, and compliance concerns.
• Support overnight operations by coordinating resources and addressing critical issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS to remove barriers.
• Lead or support investigations and process changes for continuous improvement.
• Document issues and communicate updates to leadership.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to build a high-performing team.
• Track KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support recovery during unexpected events and ensure business continuity.
• Implement approved CI initiatives and monitor results for efficiency.
• Communicate performance, resource needs, and updates to leadership.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support site operations and business goals.
