Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Associate for an overnight temp position (06:00 pm – 06:00 am) on the production floor.

You will partner with Quality and Operations to monitor manufacturing activities, conduct routine inspections, review batch records, and address compliance concerns in real time, contributing to life-changing therapies. Responsibilities include supporting GMP and GDP compliance, documenting findings, and aiding in non-conformance investigations.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience in a pharma/production setting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations and working in a regulated environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor quality support for GMP-regulated manufacturing operations.
• Monitor batch processing to ensure compliance with procedures and batch records.
• Review production logbooks and verify critical process parameters.
• Support plasma and component inspection activities as needed.
• Identify quality observations in real time and communicate them to teams.
