Job summary

The Home Depot in Warrenton, OR is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT). This structured program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development while preparing you for a future role in store management.

During the up-to-6 week training, you will oversee overnight freight operations, work with Night Replenishment Managers, and collaborate with the Store Manager, ASMs, and field teams to develop game plans that boost sales and store

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience and 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

10% - Customer Experience: Supervising Associates, drive customer service and engage staff to resolve concerns.
15% - Operations Management: Oversee opening/closing MOD and store SOPs, ensure safety compliance and shrink mitigation.
15% - Safety: Enforce safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines.
10% - Sales and Productivity: Plan merchandise placement, signing, and inventory integrity; manage store equipment and daily financial operations.
50% - Training and Preparation: Complete a structured training program covering store management, staffing, stock, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
