Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience across overnight freight operations, safety compliance, and customer service. This training, up to 6 weeks, includes mentorship and leadership development with a focus on developing skills to support the Store Manager and other leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety.
• Support opening/closing MOD and store-wide priorities with accountability for policies.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and coach associates to deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with ASMs and NRMs to manage stock, merchandise placement, and inventory integrity.
• Participate in a structured training program covering store management responsibilities.
