Job summary

Life Couriers is seeking an Overnight Operations Manager to supervise 24/7/365 operations, lead a large team, and ensure productivity, quality, and on-site customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics or supply chain and a bachelor’s in a related field, plus a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' Logistics, Distribution and/or Transportation/Supply Chain Solutions experience.
• 2+ years of management experience required.
• Has a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day (24/7/365) operations with control and discretion to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive environment, including development plans for direct reports.
• Manage data collection for metrics to improve productivity, reduce costs, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Contribute to onboarding plans for new market clients as the market grows.
• Learn and master transportation software, ELD software, pay systems, and other client software.
