Job summary

JCDecaux North America is seeking an Operations Night Manager for our LA-based warehouse/office. You will oversee overnight operations, ensure safety and quality, and supervise night-shift staff while maintaining high productivity and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, OSHA compliance, training, inventory control, and cross-functional communication with the Operations Team to keep projects on track and standards met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Must communicate clearly via email and internal channels.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Technical experience in construction, electrical, or digital AV is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly LAX operations and team performance.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and productivity with minimal supervision.
• Direct night-shift associates and assign tasks for efficiency.
• Coordinate inspections including quarterly/digital and annual checks.
• Serve as Safety Coordinator and support OSHA requirements.
• Train and mentor night staff on SOPs and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain ISO compliance and data accuracy for operations.
