Job summary

RYZE West is seeking an Overnight Nurse Supervisor to lead resident care during overnight hours. You will serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, ensuring high-quality services and regulatory compliance in a safe environment.

This leadership role involves supervising nurses, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and participating in staff development while maintaining strict clinical standards and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in acute, sub-acute, or long-term care
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois
• Proficient with facility computer systems and programs

Responsibilities

• Manage resident care on overnight shifts
• Report incidents promptly to Administrator and Director of Nursing
• Mentor overnight nursing staff
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges during overnight hours
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team for resident care
